There's a big difference between getting something done and getting it done right. At Quadra Solutions, we believe in taking the time to understand your business objectives so we can do it right the first time, and every time.
To ensure your satisfaction and for the delivery of consistent quality, we go through the following 10-point process in every project.
- Requirement Analysis
Before we can give you a time & cost estimate, we need to fully understand your business, your customers, and your business goals. To do this we ideally want to listen to you and ask questions. However, we understand that this is not always convenient, so we can send you a website project questionnaire. You just need to tell us how you prefer to work.

- Clarification of Requirements
After discussing with you or reviewing your questionnaire, we will email you a Project Overview document to make sure that we understand your business and goals. This lets you clarify any questions or provide additional details needed to finalize the project specifications.
- Website Design & Development Proposal
We will use the information provided above to create a complete & comprehensive proposal document for your project, specific to your needs. It will include a step-by-step project plan to make your venture a success. Included in this proposal will be our price for services and terms of payment.
- Proposal Acceptance & Contract Execution
Once you confirm your approval for the project proposal, we will forward a formal contract and request a retainer to begin work. Once this is done, your project is slotted into production and we begin work.
- Project Start & Content Collection
At the beginning of your project, we will ask you to provide us all content for the website. This will include:
Your company & brand logos
Any corporate/branding guidelines which may apply
Your color preferences
Text for all pages
Detailed contact information
Any related photography or graphics that we are to work with in developing your site.
- Concept Design (Mockup) & Approval
Working closely with you (or your representatives), we will conceptualize and create a spectacularly unique initial layout (or set of layouts) for your website. This layout (mockup) will be made based on your preferences, standard industry practices and keeping in mind the demographics of you target visitors.
Upon your approval, the design & layout will be handed over to our programming department for implementation.
- Programming
After your approval, our programming department will convert the design into XHTML/CSS files (web optimized files) and configure them for your website.
If you have requested a Dynamic or CMS (Content Management System) based website, we will integrate this code with the CMS. It may also be needed to customize the CMS depending on your project scope.
- Testing
Once the programming has been completed, our quality control experts will conduct a full site review to test & fix any issues and ensure that your website meets the specifications agreed upon.
- Website Evaluation & Assessment
After the programming, once our internal testing has been completed, we will ask you to do a complete site evaluation and report any remaining issues to us.
- Website Finalization & Transfer
Once we have completed the Final Updates, we will ask for your Final Approval. After receiving your approval and final payment, we will transfer the site to your server.
Upon delivery, we will provide personalized training session to you, or a representative, on using your websites Content Management System (CMS).
You will also get a full month of on-demand support for any assistance you may need or any questions.
While we find most do not have need of it, we do provide extended support and maintenance contracts for those interested.
